Slow Bread

3 cups all purpose flour
1/4 tsp yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups water

Mix it together. Cover and sit 12 hours at room temperature. Shape. Let raise for an hour. Preheat oven and large pot to 500. After oven is warm place dough into pot. Bake covered for 30 minutes, and uncovered for 15 minutes.
